P.S.: We don't know any of those people in person and we're not trying to promote them, but its hard to find someone on youtube who does a good job when there are so many different people out there doing videos. And of course not everybody feels the same way about a person. And we surely know that there are a lot of rumors about those people but we just think that they are filming fun stuff. Even if they are paid or fake or whatever someone might think. (We're not saying that)

We're back!

Long time no see! But we're back and we'll be trying our best to keep posting great posts on here! What about a Halloween Make Up and Costume Tutorial? ;)

Nivea Visage Clear- Up Strips

Who doesn't know the problem with the "blackheads" on the T-zone? Well I do and therefore I tried diffrent things and now I want to show you my favorite product: The Nivea Visage Clear- Up Strips

The with fruit acid enriched Strips relieve the pores in the area of the T- Zone efficient, fast and hygienic from blackheads and excessiv oil.
A special ingredient bonds on the moist skin with the blackheads and pulls them out of the pores.

In every package you can find four strips for the nose and 2 sets for the forehead and the chin with each two strips.

How to use them:

When you want to use the strips make sure that your skin is clean, that means no Make-up !
So wash your face and dry it.

On the picture you can see how it should look at the end but I'll explain every step to you :)

I would start with the set for the forehead and the chin. Moist the skin above your nose and between your eyebrows and place the first strip there. It should be even and flat. The same procedure for the part between your lips and chin. But watch out! This time it's a bit difficult to tight the strip. So try to leave your mouth relaxed and attach the strips from top to bottom.
At last you can do the part on your nose. It's also the same here but I recommend to place first the middle of the strip on top of your nose and then you can slowly attach the to sides of the strip.

When your finishd make sure that the Strips are even otherwise they won't work. Leave them for 10- 15 minutes on your skin and then you can remove them carefully. You can see how the ingredient took out the blackheads!

As you can see it's so ease to use them and I love them! The feeling afterwards is awesome :)

Try them out and tell me what you think of it!

How to: Look cute while you're working out

When you work out you can still look good! Here are some tipps and tricks which will help you to still feel pretty while you're working out. We'll start with clothing :)

Underwear
You should get a sports bra. Don't go for the cheapest one, this is a thing you should invest some money in, you don't want your breasts hanging down your knees right? :D
And go for comfortable undies too :)
Shoes
Get some comfortable shoes because it's very important that they support your ankles and your joints so they can be healthy for your back and posture. It's also necessary that you take a pair that's your right size or a bit bigger otherwise they'll hurt you very bad. So rather take sports shoes which are healthy than a pair which looks nice! Also watch out for some leather soles so that you don't get sweaty and smelly feet.
Socks
Don't you ever forget your socks!!! :D By sweating your feet will get wet and you'll get mean mean blisters!!
Pants and Tops
Here you can spend a bit less money because there are lots of nice cheap sportswear! The only important thing is that you feel comfortable and beautiful so that nothing can bother you while you're working out :)

So now lets have a look at the Make-up:
We don't recommend you to wear Make-up or powder, depending on what your doing you might sweat it of, or worse: you'll get sooo red because the make up won't let your skin breath and sweat enough. So if you have to cover up some red spots just use some concealer.
Go for waterproof mascara and just a bit of eye brow pencil if you like.
No blush, you'll get red anyways :D
An important note: Don't put self-tanner on your skin before working out, it will "melt" because you'll sweat, it will cause ugly stains and irregularities.
So in general go for a really natural look and don't use a lot of Make-up, you will still look pretty :)

Hair

Don't forget a hair tie if you have long hair! We suggest you to make a ponytail or even better a bun and keep it tight, so it wont move around.
Use a Hair-band like this if you have bangs or if you really want to tighten your bun up.

Also don't forget a good antitranspirant and use it before and after your workout so you won't sweat too much.
Btw a antitranspirant is not the same as a deodorant: The antitranspirant will minimize the sweating and the deodorant will just cover it with its perfume! So its better to go for antitranspirant.
Another tipp is that you shouldn't wear jewelry except for some cute stud earrings. Bracelets, Necklaces and watches will just disturb you.

So we hope this will help to make your Workout much more fun!

DVD Review

We just watched "Julie & Julia" with Meryl Streep and Amy Adams (based on the book "Julie & Julia" from Julie Powell, it's actually a true story) and we enjoyed it so much!! It's a beautiful, funny, cute and a bit sad story about two women who share the love for cooking but are still very different and never get to actually meet each other. We don't want to tell you too much about the story beacause we don't want to "ruin" it. :)

It's a movie you would watch alone, with your best friend or your mom. Oh, talking about moms, mother's day is coming up on May 9th and we think this DVD would be the perfect gift! We're sure every mom would enjoy this movie just as much as you would.
To sum up, it will make you smile and bright up you day! And we would recommend it to all GIRLS (Boyfriends would fall asleep and call it an emotional boring chick flick :P)
Have a nice weekend! x

Daily Skin Care Routine

Hi guys!

One of the most important things in a girls life is her skin. You want a smooth and nice looking skin and in this post I show you my daily skin care routine. But keep in mind that every skin is different and needs a different care, so go to a cosmetican and she'll help you to find your personal skin care routine!

When I was younger I had really bad acne and I even had to take Roaccutan to get rid of it. Nowadays its a lot better but I still have really oily skin. Therefor I'm always in search for
products for oily skin. Due to a Youtube guru I just started with the Clinique's 3-Step skin care system and I just love it! You should first make the quick skin consultation on their homepage so that you know your skin type. I'm type 3 because of my oily skin and I think the system really helped. But now to a really important step in your skin care routine. Lots of people think that the don't have to use a moisturizer because they have oily skin but thats not ture! Your skin needs the moisture and so you have to use a moisturizer on a daily basis.

I recommend to use the
Clinique Superdefense SPF 25 Age Defense Moistruizer but If you have your own moisturizer thats also perfect. I just advise to take one thats oil-free if you have a skin like mine.

Today I also bought the Oil Control Lotion from Mac because during the day my skin gets really oily and the lotion should help to decrease the production of oil. I'm really exicted about this product and I hope it will help my skin. It doesn't matter if you use it at day or night and I think this makes it a lot easier and faster.

I also use some masks and peelings but I'll do a seperate blog on this theme :)

Small Sports Shop Haul

Today we went to a sports shop near where we live and bought some stuff for keeping the motivation up ;) So here an other tip: when you buy sports wear or other equipment try to buy them in cute colors, with nice detailing and so on. Don't buy just boring black dumb bells. Go for pink, green or blue, what ever color you like and which will motivate you! :) And for pants in example: don't go and buy six pairs of boring black pants that all look the same, try different lengths, colors and styles!
So here is what we got:

A pair of sweat pants and a cute pink top each.

Here a biiig motivator, you want to look good in your bikini, right?? :D

After doing sports you'll need to relax a bit, indulge and to reward yourself: Scented candles, a cooling eye mask and a pumice stone for our feet :)

Thank you for reading and go vote for the next entry on the sidebar!! xoxo C & M
P.S.: We went to step aerobic on monday evening :)

Shape up girls!!

Good Evening!
We have an announcement to make: we're going to shape up for summer!!! We're trying to be healthier, fitter, and our bodies to be toned and more tight. But we're not trying to loose weight in first place! So our plan is to start by taking some sport classes and we started by 3 per week and we do them on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. Also we're drinking more water, eating less sweets and fast food which is hard, I'm sure you know :D and trying to eat more veggies and fruits. We just started last week and want to encourage you to join us, there is nothing as important than to be healthy!! And lets be serious, its so easy when your young!! So we have to stop to be lazy and to make excuses and just do it! ;) We will keep you updated and would love to read some comment and your personal tips!

Here some of our tips for you (and more and more will follow):
1. Buy a bottle of water and carry it around with you the whole day, as soon as its empty refill it!
2. Take an apple or just a fruit you like with you to work, school or uni and eat it as a snack!
3. Eat breakfast every day!!! That is so important because it will activate your metabolism and boost it up to 10%!!
4. For sports choose something that is fun for you to do, like dancing, walking your dog, ride a bicycle with a friend or alone, go swimming and so on, and try to alternate your sports plan so it wont get boring for you :)
5. Ask a friend to join you, we all know everything is muuuuuch more fun with your best friend than alone, and it will be easier to stay tuned!!

We hope we can help and empower each other!!! :)

Good night! xoxo

How to pack smart for a short Trip by M.

I'm going next week on a short trip and thought this would be a great opportunity to post a packing list :)

So first i'll prepare in the evening before I leave the clothes I'll put on and what i'll take with me:

Clothes:
- Aome comfortable jeans or other pants
- A cushy shirt
- A Cardigan or thin Pullover because it can get pretty chilly in a plane
- Jacket (depends on your destination if you need to take it with you)
- Shoes
- Accessories
- Thin scarf if you get a sore throat easily
- Sunnies
Also don't forget the underwear and socks, so if you're late and in a hurry you wont need to search for them

Cosmetics:
The air in plains is allways pretty cold and very dry so you'll need to take some stuff for your skin
- Lipbalm
- Hand creme
- if it's a long flight take your moisturizer and some refreshing tissues with you

Entertainment:
- A mag, book and/ or your iPod
- Cellphone (don't forget to switch it to flight mode)
- Digital camera
- Pen (sometimes you'll need to fill in a form, or for crossword or sudoku)
- Guidebook, map

Other:
- Ticket!! :)
- Wallet with money and ID in it
- Passport + Visa (pedending on your destination)

So now to the suitcase for 4 days you'll need 4 outfits, but we're packing smart, so my tip: take a lot of accessories and you'll be able to change your outfit without changing everything. Make a smart choice with the clothes and take just tops and pants that go together!

Clothes:
- 2nd pair of pants
- 1-2 Shirts (one more casual the other more dressy)
- Underwear
- Cardigan/ Thin Pullover
- Ballet Flats
- Accessories

So here are my clothes and make-up

Hair and Body:
- Brush
- Tail comb
- Curling iron/ straightening iron/ Blow-dryer
- Heat Protection
- Hairspray
- Some scrunchies and bobby pins
- Nail file
- Deodorant
- Medicine
- Any sanitary products you'll need
mostly existing in hotels, if not also pack:
- Shampoo+ Conditioner
- Shower gel
- Body Lotion
- Shaver

Cosmetics:
- Make-up remover (I'd take Remover- Wipes)
- Moisturizer
- Make-up
- Sunscreen (very Imortant because of the aging process of your skin, put some over your Daycare everyday)

and take your cell phone/ iPod charger

As you can see you don't have a lot to pack and also try to get some travel size bodylotions, hairsprays and so on :)

Masken zum selber machen

Hier einige Rezepte zum Masken selber machen, schnapp dir deine beste Freundin, plündert die Küche und mixt schön :) Viel Spass damit!

Gesicht:
Erfrischer für fahle Haut:
2TL Nivea Creme

Haare:
Olivenöl-Packung für viiiiel Feuchtigkeit und trockene Winterhaare
1/4 Tasse Olivenöl
1/4 Tasse heisses destilliertes Wasser

Make-up:

Review Herbal Essences Spitzen Star/ Long Term Relationship

Matte Finisher "matte about you" von Essie

Wirklich süss finde ich au den Namen "Matte about you"!
